Stock Availability 

We endevour to keep our stock amounts correct, however some items may not be in stock at your time of your purchase. If this is the case we will contact you via email to let you know the delivery time of the product.  You may choose to cancel your order with an email addressed back to Allium or wait for the product to arrive back into stock.  Wallpapers, fabrics & some rugs are not kept in stock and the delivery time is usually 2-3 weeks.


Returns & Refunds for Online Orders

Allium Interiors Limited is dedicated to providing quality products and services to our customers. We hope you will love what you have ordered, but if something isn’t right, please let us know.

Please return the product/s to us in original condition within 10 days of receipt, including a copy of your receipt, and we will replace or refund your purchase using the original payment method, excluding courier charges.  EXCLUDES SALE ITEMS - THESE ARE FIRM SALES

All orders of wallpaper, fabric and rugs are a firm sale and cannot be returned. Small samples may be available to check colours before purchase.  Please enquire with the store for more details.

Returns Process - Faulty, Damaged or Supply Error

Our team inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exacting quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged product, please Contact Us to arrange a free return delivery and replacement or refund.

Please let us know the reason for your return.  We will correct any genuine errors, faults or damaged products.

All returns should be sent with supporting documentation in original or appropriate packaging to:
