You may choose to cancel your order with an email addressed back to Allium or wait for the product to arrive back in stock.
Please note payment is not taken when you initially make your order online, only when the goods are in-stock at Allium, and ready for dispatch will payment be finally taken, not before.
Until you become an established customer of Allium, any orders of $100 or more may require verification of name and address from a utility bill faxed to 09 522 5442 before proceeding with your order.

Please return the product/s to us in original condition within 10 days of receipt, including a copy of your receipt, and we will replace or refund your purchase using the original payment method, excluding courier charges.
Our quality control team inspect all deliveries to http://www.allium.co.nz to ensure the products you receive meet our exacting quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged product, please Contact Us to arrange a free return delivery and replacement or refund.
Please indicate a reason for your return, using the provided detail on your packing slip. Along with this please indicate your preferred remedy.
